Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were clearly diagnosed as ureteral calculi by ureteral CT with a diameter greater than 1 cm or a diameter greater than 6 mm drug discharge more than 2 weeks failed. 2. Urine routine white blood cells >= 5/ HP. 3. Patients aged 18-65 with male and female consent to ureteroscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, lung, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, surgical tolerance. 2. Ear temperature >= 37.5 degree C, urine-derived sepsis, shock patients. 3. Pregnant and lactating women and those who have a pregnancy plan for the last three months. 4. Allergies or allergies to antibiotic components. 5. A serious disease (such as a malignant tumor) that affects its survival. 6. According to the researchers, there are other lesions that reduce the likelihood of joining the group or complicate the group, which can easily lead to missing visits, and those who cannot give full informed consent due to mental and behavioral disorders.
