Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-80 years; 2. ASA grades I ~ III; 3. Can voluntarily cooperate with this research; 4. Simple mental state examination scale (MMSE) score > 24 points; 5. Patients to undergo the first total hip replacement.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nerve block block contraindications: serious abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection, etc.; 2. A long history of taking sedatives or other psychotropic drugs; 3. Cannot cooperate with the research for any reason: language comprehension disorder, mental illness, etc.; 4. Severe hearing and visual impairment, unable to cooperate with the completion of the cognitive function test, unable to complete the VAS score; 5. Morbid obesity (body mass index [BMI] > 35 kg/m2); 6. History of allergy to amide local anesthetics; 7. History of chronic chronic pain, long-term use of analgesic drug treatment.
