Age
35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged 80-35 years, Sex Unlimited; 2)Pre-operation was sinus rhythm, no history of atrial fibrillation and atrial Arrhythmia, no history of Bradycardia; 3)Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting with internal mammary artery and / or Great Saphenous Vein; no history of congenital heart defect or valvular disease; 4) EF > 40%; 5)First Time Heart Operation; 6)Good compliance, to complete the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Known to Berberine allergy or intolerance or have contraindications; 2)The results of liver and kidney function damage were 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal value, serious lung disease and contraindication of operation 3)Patients with atrial fibrillation, sick Sinus Syndrome, atrioventricular block, patients requiring class I and Class III antiarrhythmic agent; 4)Atrial fibrillation ablation history, pacemaker implantation history; 5)Patients with other diseases requiring radiotherapy, chemotherapy and long-term hormone therapy;Recent myocardial infarction; 6)Those who have participated in other clinical trials.
