65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective electroprostatectomy in our hospital; 2. Aged >=65 years; 3. ASA classification 1-3; 4. General anesthesia; 5. No previous history of cerebrovascular accidents; 6. No history of substance abuse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unwilling to cooperate with the cognitive function scale; 2. Patients with dementia and neurological diseases; 3. Patients with severe respiratory, circulatory or other systemic dysfunction; 4. Patients unwilling to cooperate with blood drawing; 5. Patients with low compliance, severe hearing and visual impairment, reading and comprehension impairment.
