Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study A: 1. those who had no history of diabetes before pregnancy and were diagnosed as gestational diabetes for the first time; 2. aged 18-45 years old; 3. those who had informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study; 4. those who did not plan to go out of other places in the near future and lived stably. Study B: 1. those who had no history of diabetes before pregnancy and were diagnosed as gestational diabetes for the first time; 2. aged 18-45 years old; 3. those who had a BMI <=28.0 before pregnancy; 4. those who lived stably and had no plan to go out in the near future; 5. There was no contraindication of physical exercise such as threatened abortion, placenta previa and pregnancy hypertension; 6. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study A: 1. pregnant women with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney, lung and other important organs; 2. pregnant women taking drugs affecting glucose metabolism for a long time; 3. pregnant women with a history of diabetes; 4. those with chronic connective tissue disease and endocrine diseases; 5. those with premonitory abortion, placenta previa and other sports exercise contraindications. Study B: 1. pregnant women with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney, lung and other important organs; 2. pregnant women who take drugs affecting sugar metabolism for a long time; 3. pregnant women who have a history of diabetes; 4. pregnant women who have chronic connective tissue disease and endocrine diseases; 5. pregnant women with physical disability and can not exercise.
