Control group:Postoperative patient controlled intravenous analgesia
Experimental group:Postoperative ultrasound-guided vertical spinal muscle plane block combined with intravenous self-control analgesia

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 75 years old; Thoracoscopic surgery was selected for the treatment of pleural disease, pulmonary disease, mediastinal disease, cardiopulmonary trauma and thoracic deformity; Be able to understand learning information and provide written informed consent; ASA class I-III. No pregnant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to local anesthetics is known; There is infection near the site to be punctured; Coagulation disorders; Thoracic disease; Chest wall resection. Emergency thoracic surgery; History of previous thoracotomy; The study questionnaire may not be completed for other reasons.
