35 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 35 to 75 years, no gender restriction, ASA I to III; 2) Non-small cell lung cancer patients; 3) Patients with VATS lobectomy; 4) Patients with clear awareness and good communication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with abnormal blood coagulation function, infection at puncture site, or perioperative blood transfusion patients 2) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3) Spinal surgery patients; 4) Patients with persistent chronic pain before surgery; 5) Patients who switch to thoracotomy during surgery or who have serious surgical complications requiring secondary surgery; 6) The catheter out; 7) Patients who request to withdraw from the study; 8) Patients with immune system disorder.
