Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)Preoperative imaging and intraoperative staging of T3-T4 thymic tumour; b) T1-T2 thymic tumor with B3 / Ca / NETT frozen during operation and advanced stage (UICC stage II-IV) judged by preoperative imaging; c) Tumour with surgical radical resection (R0 resection), The surgical approach is not limited to open or minimally invasive surgery, but tumour resection or thymectomhy must be done.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other malignant tumors, unless other malignant tumors have been cured.
