18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients diagnosed with prostate cancer by biopsy and planning to undergo pre-operative PSMA PET/CT and radical prostatectomy; 2. PSA>=10ng/mL and/or Gleason score >=7 and/or cT2b or over than that; 3. life expectancy>=10 years; 4. with no contraindication of radical prostatectomy; 5. with good tolerance of mpMRI and good compliance; 6. able to receive general anesthesia; 7. with signed informed consent and having willing to undergo nuclear medical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with magnetic resonance imaging contraindications like history of implanted pacemakers, nerve stimulators and metal stents,ect; 2. claustrophobic patients; 3. patients cannot recieve all the examination required; 4. patients having contraindication of radical prostatectomy; 5. patients having other tumor(s) at the same time.
