Interventions

Low tilt angle group:The treatment bed adopts "position of head lowered and feet raised" with an inclination angle of 8 degree.
Middle tilt angle group:The treatment bed adopts "position of head lowered and feet raised" with an inclination angle of 16 degree.
High tilt angle group:The treatment bed adopts "position of head lowered and feet raised" with an inclination angle of 24 degree.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 (inclusive); 2. Ureteral calculi with renal colic, the maximum diameter of a single stone <= 6mm; 3. Patients with no treatment of analgesiaantispasmodic drugs; 4. The general condition of the whole body is well; 5. Informed consent, volunteer subjects.The informed consent process should comply with the GCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anatomic abnormalities associated with urinary obstruction and/or poor urine flow; 2. Acute urinary infection, severe hydronephrosis, pregnancy, etc. 3. Combined with lower abdominal and pelvic tumors,hemangioma.Severe primary diseases in cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, bone and hematopoietic system.Coagulation dysfunction, morbid obesity (body mass index >, 35 kg / ?), unable to tolerate EPVL.
