Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ischemic stroke, angiography confirms occlusion of the responsible intracranial distant vessels; 2. No contraindication to intravascular interventional surgery; 3. Eligible patients are willing to comply with the trial protocol and have the ability to return for regular follow up; 4. Subjects understand and / or their guardian voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The expected life span is less than 1 year; 2. Those who cannot tolerate anesthesia; 3. Contrast agent allergy; 4. coagulation dysfunction and those who have contraindications to heparin and antiplatelet drugs; 5. Gastrointestinal bleeding recently and have contraindications to antiplatelet therapy; 6. Complicate severe liver, kidney, circulatory system and other diseases; 7. Severe dementia or mental disorder cannot be followed up on an outpatient basis; 8. Patients participate in other clinical trials within 3 months; 9. The researchers believe that there are other reasons that are not suitable for enrollment.
