Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe aortic valve insufficiency who plan to undergo TAVI surgery and need multi-slice spiral CT vascular evaluation before surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they had known allergy to iodinated contrast agent, renal insufficiency or hyperthyroidism
