Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Oral glucose tolerance test at 24 to 28 weeks of pregnancy, in line with GDM diagnostic criteria; (2) Regular check-ups and childbirth in our hospital, age > 18 years old; (3) singleton pregnancy; (4) Those who voluntarily participate and agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with impaired liver and kidney function; (2) Various acute and chronic diseases, long-term use of special drugs affecting patients with carbohydrate metabolism; (3) Those who have other pregnancy complications, such as tobacco and alcohol; (4) Those with psychological, cognitive or mental disorders;
