Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnancy women with or without threatened abortion,gestational age from 5 weeks to 20 weeks, aged <= 42 years, confirmed as intrauterine single pregnancy by ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious internal or surgical complications; (2) A history of severe external force; (3) Result of non-invasive DNA or down's screening is high-risk; (4) Any of the couple has abnormal chromosome.
