Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The lung biopsy guided by fiberoptic bronchoscopy and CT proved to be primary lung cancer, and all the patients underwent chest CT routine electrocardiogram and echocardiography; 2. Aged 40-80 years old, conscious, able to communicate and cooperate with inspectors; 3. No clinical intervention was taken prior to the examination; 4. Patients with stable vital signs and resistance to CPET examination; 5. The patient has a primary school education level and above, with good compliance and understanding; 6. Subject and family members agree and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental disorders and motor disorders; 2. Serious changes in heart, brain and kidney are not stable; 3. Various infections acute metabolic disorders diabetic foot proliferative retinopathy and other serious complications; 4. Limited movement of both lower limbs; 5. People with contraindications for CPET tests; 6. There were any clinical interventions prior to this examination; 7. The lung tumor is metastatic carcinoma; 8. Incomplete data or missing relevant information.
