Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elevated hepatic obstruction enzyme; 2. The pathological features of liver were consistent with the changes of PBC; 3. Serum AMA-M2 antibody positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor patients; 2. Combined with multiple diseases; 3. Combined with other liver diseases.
