25 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: POP-Q stage >=II stage prolapse in any compartment, and willing to undergo examinations related to pelvic organ prolapse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgical treatment for pelvic organ prolapse; 2. Previously diagnosed as 'slow colonic transit constipation'; 3. Patients previously diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, or colorectal malignancy.
