18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who were undergoing hemodialysis three time per week and each for 4 hours more than 3 months; 2. aged 18–75 years having complete consciousness and acceptable hearing and speech ability to answer questions; 3. history of RLS during hemodialysis during the last 2 months; 4. giving informed consent for participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. heart failure, severe anemia, coronary artery disease; 2. cool dialysis intolerance; 3. history of paralysis and physical disability; 4. pregnancy and lactation; 5. renal transplantation; 6. acute complications.
