65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 65-80 years; 3. ASA grades II to III; 4. Surgery with an estimated operation time within 2-6 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dementia (MMSE 8mmol / L); 6. Hct <28% before surgery; 7. history of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction (within 3 months); 8. patients with Parkinson's disease; 9. previous digestion Patients with canal ulcers; 10. identified / suspected of abuse of narcotic sedative analgesics.
