Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 100 Patients undergoing laparoscopic radical colonectomy from 2020.1 to 2021.1; 2. ASA I to III grade; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe infections or respiratory diseases; 2. Patients with severe arrhythmia or bradycardia; 3. Patients with severe diseases of liver, kidney, endocrine or immune system; 4. Patients who are given an alpha-adrenergic agonist or a beta-receptor antagonist; 5. Patients with fever before surgery; 6. Patients receiving chemotherapy, radiotherapy or immunotherapy within 1 month before surgery; 7. Patients have a habit of smoking or drinking too much alcohol.
