Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adult patientsafter cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass due to cardiac and macrovascular diseases; (2) Patients with complete preoperative examination, laboratory examination, etiological examination, medical record and medical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) aged > 80 years; (2) Organ transplantation, immune deficiency or immunosuppression; (3) psychiatric disorders; (4) Early death during or after surgery but no hypoxemia; (5) severe respiratory insufficiency before operation.
