18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HCC is diagnosed and treated for the first time; 2. Male or female patients aged 18-75 years; 3. There are 2-3 multiple liver cancer, one of which is more than 3cm (main tumor), the others are less than 3cm (minor tumor); 4. No extrahepatic metastasis or vascular invasion was found; 5. Liver function Pugh child class A; 6. Icg-r15 50x10^9/L; 8. No refractory ascites; 9. Patients must be suitable for HR and HR combined RFA at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refuse to sign informed consent; 2. Patients can't perform HR and HR combined RFA at the same time; 3. Patients require liver transplantation.
