Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly people aged 65-85 years old Be conscious and able to complete all index checks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bone and joint diseases of the spine, limbs (such as rheumatoid arthritis); 2. People with chronic cardiac insufficiency; 3. Late tumors; 4. Poor compliance, unable to strictly follow the doctor's orders; 5. Severe renal insufficiency People who need to limit protein intake; 6. Cognitive disorders; 7. Serious mental illness; 8. Pacemaker implantation.
