Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The method of cluster sampling and self-control was used to screen NPC of 30 to 69-year-old people in daoshui town and Changzhou town, Changzhou District, Wuzhou City.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and lung diseases, deaf mute, mental patients and pregnant women.
