Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute myocardial infarction who were hospitalized with PCI in our hospital's cardiovascular department (the diagnosis criteria for myocardial infarction refer to the rapid diagnosis and treatment guidelines for acute coronary syndrome 2019); 2. Aged 20-80 years old; 3. 4-24 weeks after myocardial infarction; 4. NYHA I - III; 5. Can participate in training regularly; 6. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation, malignant arrhythmia); 2. Severe heart valve disease; 3. LVEF <30%; 4. NYHA grade IV; 5. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 6. Renal insufficiency (eGFR <30ml / min / 1.73 m2); 7. Stroke with limb dyskinesia; 8. Muscle, joint, bone disease and other diseases that affect patients' motor function; 9. Patients with advanced malignant tumors; 10. Patients who refuse to participate in the trial.
