18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 yeas old; 2. mild to moderate active ulcerative colitis patients; 3. can understand the whole process of this research and sign the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients currently using biologic agents; 2. Patients currently using glucocorticoids more than 25mg/d; 3. Patients allergic to salicylic acid; 4. Patients with creatinine clearance less than 60ml/min; 5. Patients who cannot understand and cooperate with the researcher,for example,Patient with severe mental illness, drug or alcoholic abuse; 6. Patients with active infection in intestine 7. Woman in pregnancy or lactation; 8. Patients with diabetes 9. Had participated in any other clinical investigator within 1 month prior to our screening visit.
