18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The preoperative clinical stage was T1-3N0-1M0; 2. The focus was located in the thoracic esophagus; 3. The operation mode was laparoscopic resection combined with minimally invasive McKeown resection of esophageal cancer, and modern two field lymph node dissection; 4. No neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy were performed before the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative clinical stage T4aN2M0; 2. Cardiopulmonary function evaluation could not tolerate general anesthesia and one lung ventilation during operation; 3. Open chest resection of esophageal cancer; 4. Neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation.
