18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients after cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; (2) NYHA cardiac function grade II or grade III; (3) no obvious hepatorenal and cerebral insufficiency; (4) the preoperative oxygen index > 300mm Hg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe respiratory diseases before operation; (2) patients with a history of lung surgery; (3) patients aged over 80 or under 18; (4) complicated with systemic multiple organ dysfunction; (5) history of pneumonia 2 weeks before operation.
