Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. After imaging examination and special physical examination, it was diagnosed as Achilles tendon rupture; 2. old injury, operation time >=4 weeks; 3. aged >=18 years old at the time of injury; 4. MRI showed that the Achilles tendon rupture or lesion, and normal tendon tissue distance >=5cm; 5. the flexure of the thumb on the affected side was in good condition; 6. MRI showed that the gastrocnemius muscle on the affected side was normal; 7. voluntary participation in the clinical trial, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. It used to be open rupture of Achilles tendon; 2. with fracture deformity, joint degeneration or other diseases leading to lower limb dysfunction; 3. incomplete skin or infection and ulcer in the operation area; 4. secondary rupture of Achilles tendon or failed revision of operation; 5. contraindication of combined operation.
