Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery under general anesthesia for a limited period of time; 2. Aged 18 ~ 65 years old; 3. ASA I ~ II grade; 4. BMI 18.5-25 kg/m2; 5. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Metabolic diseases such as diabetes and thyroid dysfunction; 2. Mental disorders, neurological diseases; 3. History of other malignant tumors, history of preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 4. History of previous gastrointestinal surgery, history of major surgery; 5. Preoperative body temperature increased, white blood cell count increased (Such as recent fever and infection); 6. cachexia (body weight loss> 20%, albumin <30g / L in recent January); 7. combined with rheumatism or connective tissue disease; 8. patients with terminal metastasis with multiple systemic metastases or other tumors.
