Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with congenital heart disease who underwent cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Aged 0-6 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffered from gastrointestinal diseases in the last two months; 2. Take hormone and other immunosuppressants in the last two months; 3. Had a surgical operation in the last two months; 4. Infectious disease in the last two months; 5. Broad-spectrum antibiotics were used in the last two months; 6. Chromosome malformation; 7. Respiratory diseases; 8. Immunodeficiency disease; 9. Stunted growth or severe malnutrition.
