Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine Patients undergoing selective ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy are aged 30-65 years old ASA grade I-II BMI: 18 ~ 25 kg / m
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart, brain, liver, kidney and other diseases; 2. Long-term use of sedative drugs; 3. Patients with Alzheimer's disease, history of epilepsy, history of hyperglycemia and thyroid disease, severe hearing impairment, primary or secondary encephalopathy , Those who cannot cooperate with mental illness, etc .; 4, those with bradycardia.
