Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants who are in hospital within 1 day after birth; 2. All patients who need Oxygen inhalation or have respiratory failure (patients mainly with a diagnosis of MAS, RDS, NRDS are collected.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with congenital heart or lung malformations, with a genetic tests suggesting mutations in the Panel gene of the respiratory system,with severe ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy,or with intracranial hemorrhagic brain dysplasia or chromosomal abnormalities are excluded
