Case series:Bipolar-Plasmakinetic Endoscopic Enucleation of Prostate

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Men with giant prostatic hyperplasia over 200g and requiring surgical treatment by 2019EAU guideline; 2. The patient agreed to accepte the surgical treatment of BEEP; 3. The mobility of the patient's lower limbs is enough larger to place the amputation position; 4. The patient agreed to participate in this trial, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with abnormal cardiopulmonary function, abnormal coagulation mechanism or other; systemic diseases who cannot tolerate anesthesia; 2. Subject has history urethral stricture or bladder neck contracture within the last 6 months 3. Acute urinary tract infection, acute prostatitis and other infections 4. Subject has diagnosis of prostate cancer; 5. Subject is currently enrolled in or plans to enrol in any other study; 6. Can not not finished follow-up for poor compliance.
