Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who met the diagnostic criteria for DSM-IV mood disorders and were identified by the International Neuropsychiatry Simple Interview Questionnaire (MINI); 2. First untreated; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years; 4. Volunteering in this study and signing written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other mental illnesses; 2. Suffering from other physical diseases, especially gastrointestinal diseases (drug treatment required); 3. Persons with a serious suicidal tendencies; 4. Family History: Family History of Mental Illnesses such as Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, etc.; 5. History of treatment: Treatment with antibiotics and probiotics in the last 1 month; 6. Growth History: Pregnant or Lactation Women; 7. Have participated in one clinical trial in the last 90 days or 2 or more clinical trials in the past year.
