Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective operation under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 18-65 years old; 3. Weight 30-110 kg; 4. ASA grade I-II; 5. Understand the informed consent and agree to sign the informed consent before this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The mouth opening is difficult to pass through the laryngeal mask; 2. Patients with increased reflux of gastric contents and aspiration of respiratory tract: non fasting, morbid obesity, pregnancy over 14 weeks, frequent gastroesophageal reflux, intestinal obstruction and hiatal hernia; 3. The patients with laryngopharyngeal diseases such as space occupying, hematoma, edema, abscess, acute inflammation, injury, tonsil with severe hypertrophy, obvious deviation and softening of larynx or trachea; 4. Other operations contraindicated by laryngeal mask, such as throat operation and chest operation; 5. The operative position is lateral or prone; 6. The patients with difficult airway were predicted, such as malampati grade 3-4, nail chin distance =35kg/m2), severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and so on.
