Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-80 years; 2. Diagnosis of hypertension definitely; 3. Patients with untreated primary hypertension or patients who fail to meet standards; 4. Results of echocardiography: Simpson (biplane method) measured LVEF > 50%; 5. Sinus rhythm; 6. Informed consent, volunteer subjects.The process of obtaining informed consent shall comply with GCP requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension caused by pheochromocytoma and nephritis; 2. Various cardiomyopathy; 3. Valvular disease; 4. Clear coronary heart disease; 5. Pericardial disease; 6. Severe liver, kidney and lung dysfunction; 7. Diabetes; 8. Persons with mental illness or severe mental symptoms; 9. Currently participating in clinical trials of other drugs; 10. Pregnant and nursing women; 11. Suspected or proven history of alcohol or drug abuse.
