Inclusion criteria

Women of childbearing age (18-49 years old) must have a pregnancy test within 7 days before the start of treatment and the result is negative. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious contraindication to surgery; 2. Patients with allergies; 3. Unstable systemic diseases (active infection, uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina, liver, kidney or metabolic diseases); 4. HIV-infected or active hepatitis patients; 5. Participated in other clinical trials in the past 30 days; 6. Patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment, unable to understand the test protocol and side effects, and unable to complete the trial and follow-up work; 7. Persons without personal liberty and independent capacity for civil conduct.
