Inclusion criteria

Women of childbearing age (18-49 years old) must have a pregnancy test within 7 days before the start of treatment and the result is negative. Fertile men and women must agree to use effective contraceptive measures to ensure that they are not affected during the study and within 3 months after stopping treatment. pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obvious contraindication to surgery; 2. Patients with allergies; 3. Unstable systemic diseases (active infection, uncontrolled hypertension, unstable angina, liver, kidney or metabolic diseases); 4. HIV-infected or active hepatitis patients; 5. Participated in other clinical trials in the past 30 days; 6. Patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment, unable to understand the test protocol and side effects, and unable to complete the trial and follow-up work; 7. Persons without personal liberty and independent capacity for civil conduct.
