18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The gestational week is from 28 weeks to 36 + 6 weeks; 2. the newborn is admitted to the NICU immediately after delivery; 3. the mother has the willingness to breastfeed; 4. willing to participate in this experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to participate in this experiment; 2. Unwilling to breastfeed; 3. Unwilling to milk by hand / breast pump; 4. The mother has serious complications or complications during pregnancy that affect postpartum milking; 5. The mother has medical evidence that breastfeeding is temporarily unavailable; 6. The mother has a mental disorder; 7. The mother has a hearing, speech, or dyslexia that affects communication.
