Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy group: Healthy people who are without HBV infection, cirrhosis, liver cancer and other related diseases; 2. Patients with chronic HBV infection:HBV infection lasts for more than half a year, including chronic hepatitis B patients, virus carriers and HBsAg carriers.Patients with chronic hepatitis B who received nucleoside analogues, interferon treatment are also included; 3. Liver cirrhosis group:Liver cirrhosis was confirmed by imaging and histology in patients with HBV related chronic hepatitis B; 4. Primary HCC group: (1) HBV is positive or the patient has a history of HBV; (2) HCC is diagnosed by pathological diagnosis; (3) HCC can be diagnosed by other clinical diagnosis methods. 5. Interfere group:Other primary and secondary liver cancer not related to hepatitis B virus; Patients with hepatitis C, alcoholic fatty liver, nonalcoholic fatty liver, drug-induced liver disease and autoimmune liver disease; Tumors except liver cancer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. hemolysis specimens; 2. Specimens with unclear information; 3. HIV/AIDS patients,immunosuppressive treatment.
