Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Underwent thyroid ultrasound examination and ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy from January 2015 to June 2019; 2. For patient with multiple nodules underwent FNAB, we included only one nodule with the highest ACR TI-RADS points. When there were multiple nodules with the same points in the same patient, we only included the nodule with the largest diameter; 3. The cytopathological finding were undetermined significance or follicular/Hürthle cell neoplasm; 4. With postoperative histopathology confirmed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No surgery; 2. A lack of clear correlation between cytological and histological results; 3. Ultrasound features could not be evaluated due to unsatisfactory image quality.
