18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~70 years old; 2. BMI 18~25; 3. the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I, II; 4. The operation time is expected to be more than 1h for the patients who plan to undergo general anesthesia; 5. The patients has a good general condition and can tolerate surgery; 6. The patients with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative blood glucose is higher than 6.5mmol/L; 2. Use insulin and hypoglycemic drugs (In six months); 3. Received general anesthesia in three years; 4. Hypertension grade ii or above or serious organic heart disease; 5. Liver, renal insufficiency or failure; 6. Participated in other clinical researchers for nearly one year; 7. Suffering from serious mental or mental illness.
