Control group:ultrasound-guided cervical nerve block

Experimental group:ultrasound-guided cervical nerve block combined with silver needle heat conduction therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. in accordance with the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis, cervical X-ray, ct, mri was normal or suggested that cervical physiological curvature straightened, mild degeneration of cervical vertebrae was accompanied by symptoms and signs such as cervical paravertebrae, spinous process or spinous process space tenderness; 2. Any age of male and female; 3. normal cognitive ability could cooperate with the completion of digital evaluation scale; 4. NRS score >= 4 in cervical spondylosis patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with poor control of hypertension and diabetes; 2. patients with coagulation dysfunction; 3. treatment of local skin lesions or infection; 4. patients with mental disorders or drug abuse; 5. those who refused to accept the drug allergy used in the process of nerve block.
