60 Years to 97 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=60 years; 2. with a complaint of sleep difficulties or poor sleep quality (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score >=5); 3. categorized as pre-frail elderly according to parameters based on phenotype of frailty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffered from severely impaired ambulation or musculoskeletal problems; 2. use of psychotropic medication; 3. significant cognitive impairment with a mini-mental state examination(MMSE) score of lower than 13; 4. use of alcohol more than three times per day or close to bedtime; 5. recipient of sleep disorder treatment or exercise treatment during the past 6 months.
