35 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will undergo surgery in the department of gastroenterology or cardiothoracic surgery of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from January 2019 to November 2019; 2. Patients whose age between 18 and 65 years; 3. Patients who have not received radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; 4. Patients diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by postoperative pathology; 5. No other serious organ diseases; 6. Patients who voluntarily signed the informed consent by themselves or their immediate family members after knowing the details of this research; 7. Patients who have complete clinical medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have some other diseases linked with major organs such as heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, and so on; 2. Patients who diagnosed with the other malignant tumors at the same time; 3. Patients who diagnosed with the other acute or chronic infectious diseases at the same time; 4. Patients with mental illness or speech dysfunction.
