18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Benign biliary stenosis: (1) Choledocholithiasis confirmed by b-ultrasound /CT/MRCP;With or without intrahepatic bile duct stones or cholecystolithiasis; (2) Other benign biliary strictures; (3) Initial treatment; (4) Aged 18-90 years; 2. Malignant bile stenosis: (1) primary disease diagnosed as malignant tumor; (2) Life expectancy greater than 3 months; ECOG<=2; (3) Clinical diagnosis of bile stenosis; (4) Aged 18-90 years; 3. Normal volunteers: (1) no history of hepatobiliary disease; (2) No gastrointestinal inflammation; (3) No history of gastrointestinal ulcer; (4) Aged 18-90 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Benign biliary stenosis: (1) combined with severe biliary tract infection; (2) Biliary drainage, cholecystectomy or ERCP were performed to relieve biliary obstruction; (3) Combined with tumor or a history of tumor; (4) Pregnancy or lactation. 2. Malignant biliary stenosis: (1) the primary tumor could not be identified; (2) Obstruction relieved;Obstruction was not caused by tumor or metastasis.Pregnancy or lactation. Normal volunteers: (1) recent colds, gastrointestinal inflammation; (2) Taking drugs;Pregnancy or lactation.
