Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female married or sexual history, menstrual regularity, age 18 to 40 years, clean menstruation for more than 3 days, no sexual life within 3 days, no history of systemic or vaginal medication within 2 weeks, exclusion of other gynecological disorders. BV: using Amsel clinical diagnostic criteria: 1. positive clue cells; 2. homogeneous, thin, off-white vaginal discharge; 3. pH> 4.5; 4. positive amine test, with 3 of them. TV group: Trichomonas found in vaginal secretions; VVC group: sporozoites or pseudohyphae of candida found in vaginal secretions; Healthy group: no symptoms of vaginal inflammation and no pathogenic bacteria detected by conventional methods of vaginal discharge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with a history of other diseases; 2. Have a long history of taking medication; 3. Cannot follow up.
