Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 100 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to our hospital were enrolled. They were older than 65 years old, ASAI~III. The type of surgery was artificial femoral head replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cancer, long-term oral anticoagulants, blood diseases, long-term bedridden, serious infections, liver and kidney disorders, liver dysfunction, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, a history of thrombosis, a history of lower extremity vascular disease.
