Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients >= 65 years old who received anesthesia and surgery; 2. Non-cardiac and non-craniocerebral surgery patients; 3. The informed consent form signed by the patient or the legally authorized agent of the patient has been obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients are unable to complete the corresponding evaluation due to disease factors; 2. Patients who are unwilling to cooperate; 3. Patients who are difficult to follow up.
