Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) mechanical ventilation within 24 hours after cardiopulmonary bypass in adults; (2) NYHA cardiac function grade II or grade III; (3) no obvious hepatorenal and cerebral insufficiency; (4) oxygen index <= 200mm hg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe respiratory diseases before operation; (2) patients after unilateral or bilateral lobectomy; (3) severe arrhythmia; (4) complicated with systemic multiple organ dysfunction; (5) severe anemia with hemoglobin content <60 g/l.
